Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of BLS Institute of Technology Management (Affiliated to GGGSIP University Delhi ) Bahdurgarh, Haryana is organizing a Media Conclave on ‘Media as a Catalyst of Society’ for the sake of providing a platform to all audiences as well as to Media Professionals, Media Educators, Media Scholars, Social Scientists, and Media Students to make consensus upon the utility of media in the development of the society in a realistic and the program will be held on February 21st, 2013, 11 AM to 3PM at Muktadhara Auditorium, Gol Market, New Ram Krishna Aashram Metro Station, New Delhi.
We are also organizing the Art of Image (Photography Competition), Real Reel (Documentary Screening), RJ Hunt (Comparing & Anchoring) & AD MAD Show (Advertisement Building Competition) competition on same day .
The speaker’s podium will be followed by panel discussions by prominent speakers like Mr. Arvind Kejriwal (Social Activist & Megsaysay Award Winner), Dr. C P Singh (Professor-in-Charge, USMC, GGSIPU, Delhi), Mr. Vinod Arora (Director, Electronic media monitoring centre, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting), Mr. Dhiranjan Malviya (OSD, Press trust of India), Mr.Nalini Ranjan (PRO, GGSIP University), Mr. Ram Kripal (Editor NBT) and Dr. Durgesh Tripathi (GGSIP University). Among others about 30 Overseas guests including famous media persons, Academicians, Politicians, and Research Scholars will be attending the conclave.
